A company is looking for a Senior Telecom Engineer to lead telecom solutions for contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and optimize Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect platforms for contact center operations

Build and maintain intelligent IVRs and dynamic call flows to enhance customer interactions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust telecom solutions and mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

5+ years of experience in telecom engineering, focusing on cloud-based contact center technologies

Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and proficiency in JavaScript for scripting

Familiarity with VoIP protocols and network diagnostics
