Job Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists in delivering high-quality healthcare by utilizing sound nursing judgment in line with established healthcare techniques, procedures, and standards.

As an integral member of the healthcare team, the LPN engages patients, families, and caregivers to ensure effective coordination of patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide patient care and treatment, including conducting examinations, diagnostic and treatment procedures, and administering medications.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with physician office procedures and medical terminology.
• Maintain patient safety by adhering to common safety precautions.
• React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Identify and analyze problems, prioritize tasks, make quick decisions, and recommend effective solutions.
• Administer medications and treatments utilizing appropriate medical equipment.
