They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, they maintain a clean and safe environment. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. Thats why its so important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. You are an ambassador of Walmart. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. There are times when you must juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping customers : scan items, explain a price, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean you get the idea! It takes a special person who is positive, can multi-task and has a passion for customer service and helping others. • The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. / ppAdditional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. / p / div
