Position Summary

As a Service Greeter , you are the first and most important point of contact for guests arriving at the service drive. You will welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensure smooth check-in processes, and support our service team in creating a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception : Greet all service guests upon arrival with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.

Check-In Support : Assist guests in the check-in process and guide them to appropriate service staff.

Status Communication : Relay vehicle status updates and wait time estimates to guests in a timely manner.

Service Coordination : Collaborate with service advisors, porters, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and a smooth guest experience.

Professional Appearance : Help maintain cleanliness and a polished environment in the service drive and waiting lounge.

Other Duties as Assigned : Provide general support and remain flexible to meet team needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old .

Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments.

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Ability to safely operate vehicles in tight spaces.

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Previous experience in customer service , hospitality , or retail is highly desirable.

Bilingual skills are a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay : $18.00 to $19.00 based on experience and qualifications.

Eligible employees may receive :
