A company is looking for an Applied Epic Expert in Insurance Agency Operations & Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate current Epic usage and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various workflows

Train staff on proper Epic use and provide ongoing support for new workflows

Required Qualifications

3+ years of deep Applied Epic experience within an insurance agency

Strong understanding of personal lines and health / Medicare workflows preferred

Proven experience in building agency workflows and data cleanup initiatives

Familiarity with Epic marketing automation tools is a plus

Ability to translate operational needs into Epic configuration and workflows
