A company is looking for a Director of Business Automation to lead automation and AI solutions in Property & Casualty operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of developers while maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Own budgeting and financial management for automation initiatives and monitor expenses

Drive the delivery of automation use cases and manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

10+ years in insurance operations or technology, with 5+ years in automation / RPA / AI leadership

Hands-on experience with delivering automation solutions at scale

Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance operations

Familiarity with insurance core systems and agile delivery methodologies
