Responsibilities :

Greet and assist service customers with loan car needs

Inspect inventory for cleanliness

Ensure the fleet is sufficient for daily usage

Follow up with customers to return loan cars

Handle insurance policy paperwork

Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and

personalized experiences

Communicate with customers about vehicle usage

Assess and document property loss

Requirements : High school diploma

Organization and attention to detail

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Luxury retail experience is preferred

Professional appearance and communication skills

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work evenings and weekends
