We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to support daily inventory operations within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory flow, supporting production needs, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities for Inventory Control Coordinator :
Manage daily inventory movements, including location changes and system adjustments
Assign, maintain, and audit inventory locations
Support production and assembly by scheduling and kitting jobs, pulling and counting materials, and preparing wire / cable as needed
Create and print product labels
Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system
Monitor and report inventory shortages to Production
Assist with identifying tooling and test fixture requirements
Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications :
Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred
Ability to accurately count inventory and materials
Ability to read schematics and blueprints to identify required components
Proficient in reading rulers in both Imperial and Metric measurements
Comfortable working in an ERP-controlled inventory environment
Experience :
