Associate Workers Comp Attorney

As an Associate Workers Comp Attorney, you will help injured workers navigate the claims process and pursue benefits under state workers' comp laws or employment agreements. You will also be tasked with keeping up to date on relevant rules, regulations and requirements related to your department's practice area. You will assist with drafting, reviewing, revising, filing and pursuing claims against an employer. You will perform complex, detailed, and timely research, investigation, and legal documentation, correspondence, and or reporting. You will be expected to make court appearances when necessary. You will have a team spirit and, overall, be client minded.

• To be successful in this role, you should have :
• One to three years of Work Comp experience
• Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Salary Range :

$100,000 - $130,000
