Badge Technician and Parking Engineer- Part Time

Job Title : Badge Technician and Parking Engineer (This Position is Part Time)

Location(s) : Atlanta GA

Salary : $17.75 per hour

Hours : Regular Part-Time (Monday-Friday) 9 am 1 pm

Clearance : Public Trust

What you will be doing :

• Perform identification badging for the tenants and contractors accessing Federal Buildings.
• Provide a roster by tenant and / or contractor of all badge holders.
• Provide reports to reflect current and expired background checks.
• Ensure the Badging Room remains secure with the locking of the computers.
• Meet with the COR (during normal enrollment hours) once a month to go over reports emergency codes access levels and any updates to the system.
• Grant and revoke garage access to authorized personnel.
• Update and manage access permissions on employee badges.
• Collect parking fees from employees.
• Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
• Provide directions and information about facility policies.
• Address and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
• Monitor the condition of the parking facility and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Perform general clerical tasks including filing data entry and record-keeping.
• Add or remove signs upon request.
