Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation in accordance with Medicaid and licensure regulations. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to providing empathetic, high-quality care to individuals and families. About Chandler Behavioral Health : Chandler Behavioral Health is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to adults and their families affected by serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Our mission is to support individuals at risk of out-of-home placements and those who need assistance with daily living skills, helping them regain stability and independence. We are looking for compassionate, skilled Licensed Clinicians to join our dynamic team and support the strategic goals of our company while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
The Role : As a Licensed Clinician at Chandler Behavioral Health, you will be an integral part of a team delivering comprehensive services to adults facing mental health challenges. You will assist in overseeing care for individuals impacted by serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders, many of whom are at risk of out-of-home placement. In addition to providing direct care, you will collaborate with Mobile Crisis Responders to conduct assessments, and you will be responsible for managing and completing the programs clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid and licensure regulations.Need to be able to work evening, overnight shifts. Must be able to work weekdays or weekends. Must possess the mobile crisis training certificate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and group therapy to adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with Mobile Crisis Responders to determine the needs of individuals in crisis.
- Develop and implement individual service plans, ensuring clients receive the appropriate care and support.
- Manage and complete clinical documentation, including :
Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
