About the Role

The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients throughout South Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and all litigation pleadings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of experienced attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven courtroom capability.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and a busy caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 + attorney fees
