Under the guidance of the Enterprise Manager, Network Services the Network Data Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Temple Health network infrastructure, including cabling, hardware, and software, identifying and resolving network issues, configuring network devices, and performing routine maintenance checks to maintain optimal network performance.

This role will be on-site three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at Temple Health's Women's and Families facility and ideally be within 30-minute commute from the facility.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Associates Degree : in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. (Preferred)

Experience
3 Years experience with hands on experience in telecommunications or network administration (Required)
2 Years experience working with networking technology (Preferred)
General experience with and knowledge of network security concepts and expertise in routing and switching technologies (Preferred)
General experience with network monitoring tools (Preferred)
General experience in related role with ability to troubleshoot effectively an identify root causes (Preferred)
Previous experience in healthcare setting (Preferred)

License/Certifications
CCNA - Cisco Cert Network Associate (Preferred)
