Fidelitys full-time paid 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team.

Mentorship : Opt-in to our intern mentorship program and connect with experienced professionals who will support your growth and help you navigate your career journey.

Regional Events : Build connections with leaders and fellow interns through engaging onsite experiences and unwind with your peers at fun local outings (like go-karting pickleball or bowling).

The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.

Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office.
