Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble medical record documentation to support healthcare providers

Capture and transcribe medical record documentation during patient visits using electronic medical record applications

Collaborate with healthcare staff to monitor lab results and ensure accurate documentation in patient records

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US

Typing speed of 45+ WPM

Ability to understand HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality

Residency in an approved state for virtual work
