What You'll Do

• Assess and manage patients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized, high-quality care.
• Prescribe and manage medications under the guidance of a supervising psychiatrist.
• Conduct mental health evaluations and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff to address health concerns and foster a supportive environment.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Build trust and compassion with patients, promoting recovery and well-being.

Your Skills and Experience

• Required:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, procedures, and patient care standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • A caring and collaborative mindset.
• Preferred but Not Required:
  • Experience in psychiatry (on-the-job training provided).

Hourly per-diem positions available.
