Key Responsibilities

Build and implement a detailed 6-12 month testing agenda for technical solutions
Collaborate with CRM leads and MarTech to define requirements for evolving marketer workflows
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in CRM, personalization, data science, or related digital transformation roles
Proven track record of translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps
Experience in identifying platform and tooling gaps through hands-on analyses
Ability to build partnerships across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Analytics
Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and driving customer-centric experimentation
