Mid to Senior Level - Life Sciences Patent Agent

Our client is a major international firm, seeking an experienced biotech and life sciences Patent Agent. The preference is for Atlanta; however, the firm will consider other offices, including Denver, Raleigh, San Francisco, Seattle, Walnut Creek, Washington DC, or Winston-Salem. The salary for this position is between $160k to $270k.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of patent prosecution experience related to Biology, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences.
• Degree in life sciences biology, molecular biology, or related degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred; however, it is not required.
• Knowledge in molecular biology is considered a preference.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
