Hourly Pay : $20

Schedule : Monday - Thursday : 8 : 30a - 3p

Role Overview

As aCommunity Support Specialist,you'll provide personalized assistance to individuals in both home and community environments. Your focus will be on empowering participants, promoting safety and dignity, and supporting meaningful goals.

Core Responsibilities :

• Deliver scheduled support services within homes and local communities
• Prioritize each individuals safety, well-being, and rights
• Help track progress by observing and recording data
• Complete documentation and timesheets accurately and promptly
• Work collaboratively with team members and participate in meetings
• Follow all organizational guidelines and procedures
