Summary
Trek Bicycle Stores is growing fast, and we're building an ecommerce platform that seamlessly connects our in-store experience with our online customer journey. We're looking for a seasoned ecommerce operator withomni-channel experiencewho understands how digital and retail operations work together to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, results-driven position where you'll own the ecommerce channel end to end. You’ll refine the website experience, align digital and store operations, and build the structure that supports scalable growth across a multi-location retail business.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are :
- Experienced inomni-channel ecommerce(buy-online-pickup-in-store, ship-from-store, multi-location inventory, etc.), scaling a business
- Experience scaling an e-commerce company to over $5M+ in revenue
- A hands-on Shopify operator with strong technical instincts
- You think in terms of both growth and cost discipline. You build systems that scale without bloating expenses and you’re constantly hunting for waste to eliminate
- Obsessed with improving systems and removing operational friction
- Driven by clear KPIs and measurable results
- Strong in communication, follow-through, and execution
- Energized by growth and contributing at a high level
Duties
What You’ll Do
Improve website flow, navigation, and customer experienceSolve friction between online ordering and in-store fulfillmentStrengthen omni-channel processes that connect ecommerce to store operationsImprove conversion rate through thoughtful CRO and UX refinementIncrease AOV through strategic merchandising and offer designOversee fulfillment across multiple locations and maintain 95%+ OTIFEstablish repeatable processes, clean reporting, and weekly scorecardsBuild the systems that support predictable ecommerce growthWhat Success Looks Like

Proven owner of e-commerce revenue and profit
