About :

Our client provides an affordable, intuitive event management platform that helps local venues compete with large chains, with plans to expand into a broader marketplace of event services.

As the Founding Recruiter , you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle and play a critical role in building the company's team and culture. You'll develop hiring strategies, source top talent, refine processes, and partner closely with leadership to scale the organization. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions (fully outbound role).
• Design a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Build and amplify the employer brand through strategic channels.
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, job descriptions, and interview decisions.
• Improve hiring operations, tools, workflows, and analytics.
• Support early people operations, including onboarding, performance reviews, and culture initiatives.
