Full-time, must be able to work weekend and swing shifts

The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. 71 total beds : 10 beds for Detox, 46 beds for Residential, and 15 beds for Mental Health.

Responsibilities :

The Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for the activities of the Behavioral Health Technicians in all treatment modalities within the shift. Works in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse and Behavioral Health Manager.

Core Job Duties :

• Responsible for the activities of all the BHTs working in all treatment modalities during scheduled shift, works in collaboration with Charge Nurse to ensure quality patient care.
• Providing departmental orientation to newly hired BHTs.
• Works with Behavioral Health Manager to ensure the facilitation of competency demonstrations and testing for BHT's.
• Works with Behavioral Health Manager to ensure timely completion of required training for BHT's.
