As a  Benefits Specialist , you’ll meet with members virtually, explain their program options, and help them select the coverage that best fits their family’s needs and goals. Every interaction is focused on trust, clarity, and service.

What You’ll Need

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge and comfort working remotely

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Dependable work ethic and professionalism

Ability to successfully complete a background check
