Long Term Care Manager

A company is looking for a Long Term Care Regional Specialty Manager for West Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a regional sales team to achieve sales goals

Drive implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities

Engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to optimize market access

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech / pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management; or Master's degree with 6+ years; or PhD with 4+ years

Proven sales performance and successful launch experience in competitive environments

Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment

Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple projects effectively

Strong computer and technical skills
