Licensed Auto Insurance Agent

A company is looking for an Experienced Licensed Auto Insurance Agent- REMOTE / TELECOMMUTER.

Key Responsibilities

Handles approximately 40 inbound calls daily, providing professional and timely assistance

Supports customers with policy inquiries, billing questions, and new business onboarding

Maintains compliance standards while navigating multiple systems to assist callers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Active property & casualty insurance agent / producer license is required

At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

Knowledge of insurance industry fundamentals and billing processes

Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and internal CRM systems
