ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Marion Hanna State Farm agency is searching for a compassionate and personable individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for delegating tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary
- Assist clients with general inquiries
- Delegate tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere
- Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office settingPreferably able to speak both English and Spanish fluentlyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members in a caring and professional mannerExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in using office equipment, including computers, phones, and fax machinesFamiliarity with insurance policies and terminology is a plusWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBENEFITS :
