This is a Part-Time Position (~20 hours per week)
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Program Management Assistant's responsibilities include supporting the program / project management team in multiple ways to further programs in a seamless manner by coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed within the time, quality plans. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, building estimates, and scheduling meetings as needed.
This position will require ad hoc activities based on confidential business and investor relations needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support confidential business development activities by maintaining confidential decks and proactively working with the research / clinical / regulatory and quality teams to keep them updated
- Create new visuals to provide material to senior management for presentations
- Understand and provide assistance to populate the dataroom for investor and business development activities
- Support different departments in creating a central database of documents, data, and background information.
- Support program workstreams with cadence meetings, scheduling, and organizing documents to keep the program running based on the principles of project / program management.
- Liaise with all departments to maintain and monitor programs within the time, quality, and budget forecasts
- Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's DegreeProven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareHighly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenRelevant training and / or certifications in Project Management
