Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and is passionate about introducing game-changing technology to traditional industries. As an account executive, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how the construction industry approaches site layout and surveying. Get an opportunity to sell directly to top tier EPCs and surveying firms who leverage our solutions. From hopping on a discovery call with a superintendent and field engineers to closing contract with project and operations managers.

Responsibilities

  • Sales pipeline management : Own the sales cycle from discovery to closing, using CRM tools to track activity and forecast revenue.
  • Lead generation & outreach : Identify and engage potential customers through outbound campaigns, industry events, and networking.
  • Product demonstrations : Conduct on-site and virtual demos of Civ Robotics technology, showcasing use cases, ROI, and technical capabilities.
  • Build Relationships : Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by deeply understanding their business challenges and goals, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience : At least 3 years' sales experience in relevant industries.
  • Industry knowledge : Understanding of construction workflows, especially in surveying , layout , or civil infrastructure .
  • Startup environment : Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy : with the ability to quickly learn and explain advanced robotic solutions.
  • Communication & skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Travel : Willingness to travel (25%) to customer sites and trade shows.
  • Advantage :

  • Sales experience in the Land Surveying, Construction or Heavy Equipment industry / Solar.
