Job Description : Manufacturing Engineer

• Define and optimize production process parameters to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Develop and maintain documentation for production support, data collection, and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to approve new product designs, tooling, and processes for production readiness
• Coordinate and attend tooling tryouts at vendor and manufacturing facilities, ensuring successful implementation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, scrap minimization, and overall efficiency, utilizing lean and synchronous manufacturing techniques
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Fanuc robotic systems for automated processes, ensuring reliability and precision
• Support procurement coordination by communicating tooling and part requirements to purchasing for timely delivery
• Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for cost-saving improvements
• Maintain and track open items for new product launches and process changes
• Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and vendors in resolving installation and maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a positive, productive work environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr.
