Key Responsibilities
Build a deep understanding of business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders
Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and develop structured interview processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly in Engineering roles within high-growth tech companies
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, utilizing recruiting metrics to inform strategies
Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges and facilitate decision-making
Experience managing high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization and stakeholder management
Strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the talent market
