Aid the development and testing of new standard operating procedures and design of experiments. Attention to details : Precision in conducting experiments and documenting results. Communication : Effective in writing reports and presenting findings. Team Collaboration : Ability to work well within a team and contribute to group objectives. Technical Proficiency : Skilled in using laboratory instruments and software tools. Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful insights. Problem-Solving : Innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges. Instrumental analysis such as SEM and optical microscopy; Various lab skills; Experience with various software such as OriginPro, MATLAB, and TA Universal Analysis; Fast, critical and creative thinker. Bachelor in chemistry, graduating student M.Sc. Chemistry / Polymer science; Previous experience as a lab assistant

Position Overview
- Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Search articles, patents and other relevant info related with specific technical / business topics.
- Write reports and take lab notes.
- Learn and apply specific skills related with samples preparation and analysis
