This team is paramount to the success of Avomind, and you'll be supporting right at the heart of everything we do here, and how our business will be shaped for the future. What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Actively contribute to both the outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray, etc.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assess their fit for our roles.
• Managing interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advising Project Managers and Client Managers on candidate landscape and trends to assist in providing a seamless service for our clients.
• Take ownership of candidate experience - build your reputation through excellent candidate experience.
