Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Solid Rock Recruiting is partnered with a litigation focused firm located in Miami seeking an associate attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, an interest in litigation, and strong writing skills. Courtroom, deposition, written discovery, and/or dispositive motion drafting experience are also ideal but not required. Federal Court experience is a huge plus!

Candidates should also be highly organized, motivated, experienced in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple ongoing assignments, as well as the ability to think creatively and proactively.

This position requires a Florida bar license in good standing.

The Practice:

Our partnered firms main defense clients are four of the largest international cruise lines. As a result, most of our work for those clients is in federal court in the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division. Federal court demands exceptional organization, along with stellar oral and written advocacy. Associates at our firm enjoy autonomy in how their assigned cases progress on a day-to-day basis. There are also numerous opportunities for direct client communication.
