Immediate Office Administrator Opening in Philadelphia! Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to students regarding business and technology matters at the service counter, by phone, and by email.
  • Process work requests using established forms and guidelines, ensuring completion within an appropriate time frame.
  • Assist faculty and staff with copy, fax, scan, and room reservation requests.
  • Maintain calendar for supervisor, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Respond to written and electronic inquiries, seeking to resolve problems, locating and providing accurate information within established guidelines and timeframes.
  • Format and prepare documents according to directions, such as correspondence, charts, calendars, tables, lists, etc; ensures content is accurate.
  • Communicates over the telephone, responding to inquiries, redirecting calls as necessary and taking accurate messages for others in a courteous business-like manner.
  • Prepare documents and other correspondence as directed using MS Word and Excel.

Job Requirements :

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
  • Two (2) years of clerical and administrative experience in a fast-paced professional and customer-oriented environment required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel required.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required.
