Key Responsibilities
Conducts comprehensive telephonic patient assessments, evaluations, and provides advice while adhering to production standards
Follows established clinical protocols and directs patients to appropriate levels of care based on assessments
Documents telephonic assessments and manages work queues while recognizing and addressing potential risks
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of California
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) certification
ESI (Emergency Severity Index) Certification within 30 days of hire
