ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a Developer who wants to become a ServiceNow Developer to join one of the local companies on island. This role will focus on developing, configuring, integrating, and implementing ServiceNow modules to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and increase resilience across the organization. You will collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that enhance the ServiceNow deployment. This role will be hybrid and must be in Hawaii. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and extend ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Primarily remote but must come into office when needed.
