Licensed Vocational Nurse / LPT

Seeking Full time LVN to join team providing care to patients on a residential Behavioral Health unit. Excellent customer service skills and collaboration with team providers and coworkers are a must. The team consists of psychiatric providers, clinical supervisors, mental health therapists, case managers, and substance abuse counselors. Duties include supporting patient self-administration at designated medication calls, providing medication education, support, updating medication logs, providing prescribed injections, and insuring medication adherence. Candidate must be highly organized, timely and have the ability to multi-task. Chemical Dependency / Dual Diagnosis experience preferred. Bilingual preferred but not required.
