Role Description
The Catalog Developer and Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and execution of the Revive Home Brands catalogs, including content updates, edits, and the development of new material. This role also supports the Online Order Entry (OOE) catalog using Quick Catalog Creator (QCC) and contributes to various marketing initiatives beyond the catalog, as needed.
Qualifications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including but not limited to Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Experience with editing, writing, and proofreading
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite, including but not limited to Excel
Strong organizational skills, especially regarding digital assets
Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality, professional, and clear content
Essential Functions
Update the PDF brand catalogs using InDesign and Microsoft Access, including editing text, fonts, pages, links, images, and other content elements
Migrate the Microsoft Access catalog to InDesign
Update and maintain catalogs on an ongoing basis
Manage and prioritize catalog edit and update requests from multiple teams
Identify and resolve catalog discrepancies; recommend and implement improvements
Collaborate with team members and vendors on technical content
Coordinate and contribute with various teams on QCC content and updates as needed for the OOE catalog
Manage project timelines and ensure key milestones are met
Deliver high-quality work on schedule while managing multiple tasks concurrently
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new software, cabinetry terminology, and other relevant tools or systems
Provide photo editing in Photoshop and assistance with in-house photoshoots
Create marketing brochures in InDesign
