Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Clinical Support Team in Davenport and Moline. This is an excellent opportunity to build a stable and rewarding career in a professional medical environment—with no nights, weekends, or holidays!
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical & Administrative Support
- Work collaboratively with nurses and providers to support clinic flow
- Coordinate provider schedules and manage patient appointments
- Schedule diagnostic tests and procedures
- Handle incoming / outgoing calls professionally and accurately
- Process medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient assistance requests
Documentation & Records
Team Collaboration & Flexibility
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education & Experience
NCMA, CMA (AAMA), RMA, or CCMA
Skills & Abilities
Benefits :
Pay Range : $19.50 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
