A company is looking for an Implementation Analyst / Customer Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Document client requirements and maintain technical specifications while analyzing legacy data sets
Configure the platform based on requirements and establish integrations with client systems
Support Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, and manage multiple client implementations concurrently
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant software system implementation or configuration experience
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience with technical exposure
Customer-focused with a passion for helping clients and their patients
Experience with APIs and healthcare integrations is required
Knowledge of Salesforce, Mulesoft, FHIR, and X12 Standards is recommended
