PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Senior RN is a licensed professional who coordinates patient care delivery within the healthcare team using the Parkland nursing professional practice model. You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses. Your expertise will help ensure smooth transitions through healthcare encounters, minimizing complications or delays.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

Education : Graduate of a Registered Nursing program. Bachelor's in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred.

Experience : 2+ years of nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care setting.

Certification / Registration / Licensure :

• Current RN license or valid temporary license with the Texas Board of Nursing; or valid Compact RN license.
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
