We are searching for passionate Clinical Psychologists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!

We are partnered with the following In-Network payer partners to ensure you have access to an array of populations to quickly build your caseload : Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.

In this role you, you will :

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from adults / children or adolescents offering exceptional client care.
• Psychological Testing will be an optional part of your caseload but not required.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time / Full Time optional) : 24 sessions for Full Time are required
• Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals / plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
• Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic's mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.
