Position Highlights
This opportunity offers a competitive compensation structure and immediate partnership with no buy-in necessary:
$550,000+ base salary with collection bonus
Immediate equity partnership

Candidate Requirements
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and confidently builds new relationships by proactively engaging with prospective referral Doctors
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligible licensure in Ohio
