Carrier Reps at TransLoop play a vital role in identifying opportunities and developing strong relationships with service providers.

Were looking for someone to own the flatbed / open-deck side of our carrier network. Your main job? Find great flatbed carriers, build real relationships with them, and keep them happy so theyre always ready (and excited) to run our loads.

What You'll Do

• Hunting down solid flatbed carriers whether thats working warm leads in our TMS or doing your own cold outreach and research
• Jumping on the phone, booking loads, solving problems, and making sure every shipment goes smoothly
• Partnering closely with our Customer Sales team to grow new / existing shippers
• Turning one-off loads into long-term partnerships that keep the freight flowing both ways
• Keeping your carriers happy while hitting (and beating) the service KPIs our carrier leadership team sets
• Building tight relationships with our Customer Sales team so everyones on the same page and the customer is serviced as the highest levels
