Your Role as a CNA : You'll play an essential part in enhancing residents' comfort, safety, and quality of life by :

• Providing personalized care : Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident's dignity.
• Promoting comfort & safety : Monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.
• Fostering connections : Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.
• Maintaining cleanliness : Ensuring residents' rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Accurate documentation : Recording and reporting changes in residents' conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.
• Collaborating with the team : Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.
• Enhancing quality of life : Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.
