Patient Account Associate I

A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate I Payment Posting Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Post payments to patient accounts and balance payments to deposits

Research and validate payment postings, making necessary adjustments

Collaborate with other teams and meet department productivity and quality goals

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required

Minimum of six (6) months of revenue cycle experience or one (1) year of cash handling experience in revenue cycle

Vocational training / education in medical billing or medical records is preferred

At least one (1) year of revenue cycle experience is preferred
