Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Partner with multiple Farmers agency owners to identify and connect with local business owners.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with contractors, restaurateurs, real estate agents, manufacturers, and other business leaders.
• Present customized solutions for Business Owner Policies, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Umbrella insurance.
• Leverage existing agency relationships, referrals, and networking groups to generate consistent opportunities.
• Build visibility through community events, professional associations, and social media engagement.
• Collaborate with agency owners to forecast goals, analyze results, and develop creative marketing campaigns.
