Tarkett has a great opportunity for a Production Associate (Chagrin Falls, OH)

Day Shift (5 : 45am - 6 : 00pm) or Night Shift (5 : 45pm - 6 : 00am)

4 days on, 4 days off with ability to work overtime

$22.01 / hr starting pay + overtime and doubletime and $1.00 night shift premium

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

$100-300 Monthly perfect attendance bonus potential

Position Responsibilities :

• Performs work as a team with other Take Off associates, Mill Operators, and Extrusion Operators
• Assures finished product quality by visual alertness to surface defects, measuring dimensions and color check or saving samples for color checking.
• Records production counts, scrap, downtown, etc. on forms and computer as required
• Train new employees
