Senior Implementation Success Partner

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Success Partner - Patient Care Coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations at assigned clients, including project management meetings and stakeholder alignment

Guide clients through the implementation journey, from assessments to go-live support

Gather client feedback, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in implementation, client success, or project management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS

Strong experience managing daily client operations and running project management meetings

Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows

Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations and manage competing priorities

A collaborative mindset focused on delivering results and creating value for clients
