Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of incoming calls regarding pharmacy benefits and issues with professionalism and empathy
Provide customer service by analyzing caller needs and delivering timely, accurate responses
Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate responses to complex customer queries while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
One year of experience in medical insurance or a healthcare-related field
One year of experience in a call center or customer service role
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient computer skills, including typing a minimum of 25 wpm and 10-key
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn other relevant systems
